55 - Red Stilettos

As he adjusted the brim of his fedora
and turned up his collar
to prevent the heavy rain
from running down his neck,
he saw her.
Red skirt tightly pressed to her curves.
Six inch stilettos
accenting the shape of her calves.
His heart raced,
wondering if he could find those shoes in his size.

...in his size...???

OMG. Laughing myself stupid, here. That? Was freakin' unexpected. I'm here to tell ya that six inch heels are not very fun to wear.

Seriously. Maybe he can carry it off better than I could, though...

"As he adjusted the brim of his fedora..." What a great opening line. Feel like I was hit with a sucker punch at the end after picturing the red dress line. lol Awesome

And what would his size be? I do admire a man who isn't afraid to show off his feminine side.
You rock the twist!
Hot 55!

You have got to love this! Those shoes are gorgeous! I really enjoyed your post! Thanks for stopping by my triumph and tears blog and leaving some words of encouragement!

You're exceedingly sharp this week, MM. Those shoes look like murder weapons. Wait. I'm having deja vu. They WERE murder weapons on one of the cop shows, weren't they?
Be careful.

LOL....this reminds me of a story my daughter told me. She was working in a Victoria's Secret when a male customer asked her for help in selecting a bra. She automatically assumed he was shopping for his wife/girlfriend and asked him for her size. He said, "it's for me". My daughter was speechless, and it took her a few moments to regroup and act professional. He actually went into the fitting room and tried them on.

Katherine said...

Your a crack up Matty ... Very funny little twist at the end .. he!he!he!

PattiKen said...

Ah ha ha. I love the twist. And I'm really enjoying the image of some guy trying to maneuver about in 6 inch heels.

Claudya Martinez said...

Thank you for the twist at the end otherwise it would have been far too predictable and that is just not your style.

The Bipolar Diva said...

That was awesome!

Pheromone Girl said...

Joanny's got the right idea. Jumping puddles is so much easier in good heels.
