He practiced for hours and hours

Such a simple toy. Wouldn't make a big impression these days.

Cool! Um, not sure I'd want that toy in my house, however. :)

My 160 is here.

Stephen King and Toy Story 3 have succeeded in making me wary around those musical monkeys, but I still think they are cool.

I played this week - my own undead nod to your post from Friday. Hope you like it.

It's the simple things that become classics.

Mine is here

I thing I'd never come up with something, but I managed. Amazing how hard 160 characters can be to come up with.

The clanging monkey is cute in a creepy sort of way. Those poppy eyes are a little alarming!
Cool 160!

Reminds me of Phantom. Nicely done 160!

heheh... cute! But he looks kinda tired in there... :)
But I would say, this was a cool tribute to a simple, yet funny little classic!

Here is my 160 for this week...

MM

You are a clever wit ---now who can resist such a nostalgic whimsical toy.

Joanny

thanks for the lovely comment -- work absorbed all my time this past week, it was good to see a small break in our clouds a balmy breeze this morning and my obsession with Mt hood.
