Garbage day.
He was excited,
having anticipated this day
all week.
All that work
to clean things up.
Bulging black trash bags
overflowing the green plastic bin.
Would they notice
it was much heavier than normal?
After the mechanical arm
raised the can and
dumped its contents,
he sat back and
enjoyed the silence.
Alone.

There is nothing trashy about this 55. Nice job.
A bit demented...come to think of it...where's Mrs. MM? LOL
Nice to visit again. It's been a long couple of months. Hoping to get back to normal now...whatever that is!
Ah, silence is golden. Except for the beating of the heart under the floorboards.

excellent
What a way to take out the trash :)
I’m up right HERE
Wicked subtle. Silence is golden.
I guess that would be an easy way to dispose off a dead body. But there is one hitch...they will find out who is missing from the neighborhood where thw truck went :)
And I just thought it was trash! Look at the wicked ways our minds work. Ha!
What did you throw in there? A man in cement?
nothing better than a major purge then the trash man hauling it all away so you can enjoy your silence and the organization!!!
happy friday MM!
