Oh my Lord...you just brought back horrific memories for me there Monkey. My husband (in his younger years) thought that the dutch oven was a fun thing to do. Well...needless to say, I trained that out of him! He learnt very quickly about cause and effect or (paying the penalty)so to speak.
There really is a Dutch oven trick?! Not sure what that is, but you definitely cooked up a very interesting 160 here MM!
