Sunday 160 - Wish upon a star

He remembered gazing
into the night skies as a boy
wishing upon white threads of light
streak across the heavens.
Now he just wished the pollution wasn’t light.

There's never a freaking cloud in the sky in AZ and every time the Persied happens--clouds! It's a plot to drive me mad, I'm sure.

Good evening, MM. and hello to Mrs, MM!
Yes, I recall the young age when I could no longer see the night sky, due to increasing light pollution, or exhaust haze.

My 160 is up for I have revisited my blog friends, visit me!

Back where I am from, the night sky is still untainted out in the country...you can see the satellites as tiny specks of light moving across the sky. Love it. Miss it.

Anyway, don't laugh but mine is UP

We had a big storm roll in just in time to block out the big show. Glad you got to see some of it, despite the pollution.
