Sunday 160 - Get What You Give

The King of Sarcasm
walked into the room
with tongue cocked
ready to shoot.
Zing.
Pop.
Bang.
Crippling blows
struck their targets
as he walked off
to sit alone.

we reap what we sow
it’s truly all about attitude
for loneliness arises when
acid tongue prevents those
from coming too close
to hidden secrets

I'd like to nominate myself for Queen Of Sarcasm. I'd likely win hands down. Birds of a feather and all...

These poems either take you a very long time to compose or you whip them off in seconds.
Either way, always brilliant!
