Sunday 160 - Unending Love

Theirs was a relationship
forged in the furnace
of hot passion
and deep seated love.
Cast though experience
and respect.
A rock solid love
we would see forever.

Great wordplay here. They'll be together forever. We should all be so lucky to have that.

Today, I am recalling how I felt ten years ago.

I hear he's always stiff. I can't believe I just went there! Sometimes I just can't pass up a bad joke. My apologies.

Mrs. MM and I were walking to our work out on the Nike World Campus were this statue resides. Although I had seen it before, it really struck me this time. It is called Valentines. There are others like it elsewhere.

Interesting statue... I believe you ~

Happy sunday to you ~

Nicely played, MM. What a lovely sculpture, too.

After taking the better part of the summer off, I'm back and I played. Mine is HERE.

I think my favorite statue on campus is Nike herself...

She sits on people's desks, when they won an award for something or other. I think I might covet her a small bit...

Hi, Mr. Monkey Man.

I'm Strumpet.

I learned of the 160 thingo over at G-man's bloggity blog and I played this week. I just posted it now, though.

I hope I did it correctly, but not sure if I did. I'm thinking that line breaks need to be counted the same way that spaces do and I will do that next time.

I loved yours.

Also, I need to learn how to put a link in a comment.

I'm excited about something even shorter than the 55.

I like the romanticism of this very much. You know what I just realized? That these 160 thingies are 160 characters and not words. That ups the challenge, I would think! I'm impressed with what you did with 160.

The wind blew me away! This is just so adorable!

I loved that! I wanted to laugh and then say "ahhhh" all at once.

Hi, Rob Kistner here. This is fun! Italicized at the end of this comment you will find my "160". I post it here for convenience. If you'd like to visit my blog, Image & Verse, just click on my blog title. Now here is my "160": Despite the bad rap it often unfairly receives, the real truth is that life, in fact, is really quite easy - it is the daily living that is so damned difficult.

..and if this was supposed to be about 'love', then italicized here is my "160": Despite the bad rap it often unfairly receives, the real truth is that love, in fact, is really quite easy - it is the daily loving that is so damned difficult.
