Sunday 160 - Desire

She wanted a tender caress
and to hear
“I love you”.
She didn't know how to ask.
He wanted to touch her and say
“I love you”.
He couldn’t get by his stoic past.

how come everything you write sounds strangely familiar? Well except for Wednesdays and I sure hope they're not familiar to me!

I agree with the Diva. This seems very familiar.

Do you happen to know how to make a good snow angel?

I can only make good snow angels when I am wearing shorts and a t-shirt.

A set of too well remembered pasts is their only impediments.

Exactly.

That's really sad. Because there are probably thousands of people out there with just that kind of problem who are missing out on love as a result.

I've done 160 here.

Communication between two people can be so complicated.

I hope he gets over his stoicism and she finds a way to ask for what she needs without ruining the mood for herself by having to ask for something she feels he should know to give.

At this point, I don't have a 160 for the week. If some inspiration strikes, I'll let you know. Have a great week Monkeyman, and by they way... Nice legs. (I may have stopped by PG's place before yours.)

If they can't get by their fears--not much happiness can happen... Very good, MM--a common dilemma for some people.

Here's mine today:

Aww...we are all often trapped by ourselves and our fear of speaking up.

I'm a little late, but I'm in. Mine is here.
