Sunday 160 - Naked Fall

Ominous hues of black and gray
rolled through the skies
with grim ferocity
sucking even the brightest
of fall colors
from the trees,
leaving them to feel naked.

I love you pic, btw. A little fall color would definitely warm it up a bit.

For a second there, I thought I was going to do the break-through Scrabble thing, or is it Yatzee?

Where’s the missing angel?

That IS a scary photo. Are you really looking at that? It would make me ask myself: Am I saved? Am I one of the chosen?

They're threatening that kind of weather here this week. I can't say I'm looking forward to it - but your description makes it sounds exciting.

I'm up here

We seem to be in the same climate, at least poetically. I'd like to try your Sunday 160 if I can get back here in time. Cheers.
