Can you thank someone who has made sacrifices and
worked until they dropped?
Handled adversity and taken care of the sick,
knowing all along they needed a hand to hold
or a shoulder to cry on
worked until they dropped?
Handled adversity and taken care of the sick,
knowing all along they needed a hand to hold
or a shoulder to cry on
when none was available.
It may not be much,
It may not be much,
but take my hand and accept my love.
You’re deserving.
You’re deserving.

I somehow think that a simple Thank You may be all thats needed.
Excellent 55 MM...
I read your previous post as well.
Hats off to you brother...
Thanks for visiting, and helping to make Fridays so much fun.
Have a Kick-Ass Week-End....G
Excellent 55 and great reminder that "in giving we receive". My first time here...nice to meet you!
By not being "much" and by being offered from the heart; there is no bigger thing to lean on.
This was great-- simple, lyrical, and from the heart. Thanks..
I also read your previous post. I'm a CT technician, and I love a happy ending. The part at the end where the tech says "get up, I got another body waiting" made me wonder if I sound like that. Some days are so busy, I know I rush people. Anyway, it was interesting to see it through your eyes.
And...God bless.
Wow...this is poignant in so little words...excellent job.
My 55 is posted here [as always, scroll down below my Friday's show n tell.] And, have a great weekend!!
I will remember that when I need it.
Great 55
Mine is posted
HERE.
How true, how true...
smiles,
indeed they are deserving! My hand stretches out to them too!
How wonderful to be moved enough to offer a needed hand. So many people, if they see the need at all, are afraid to reach out.
